A consulting company is seeking a Freelance HR Partner in Belgium for a 12-month assignment. The role involves managing talent acquisition across diverse profiles, being an HR presence on-site, and supporting team development. Ideal candidates will have approximately 5 years of HR experience, a down-to-earth mentality, and professional fluency in Dutch. This position requires full-time, on-site commitment in the West Flanders/Coastal region.
