Global Prepress

We are a family-owned company specializing in high-end labels for the packaging industry: from flexo to digital, including multilayer and booklet labels.

In this role, you will take ownership of building structure, harmonising processes, and driving automation across all our international sites.

That’s why we are looking for a Prepress Manager who can provide direction, bring clarity, and elevate our operations to the next level from a strategic standpoint.

Your impact

• You will design and embed a unified prepress workflow across multiple international sites
• You will optimise end-to-end processes, from artwork to plate production
• You will lead automation and improvement projects with measurable impact on efficiency and quality
• You will position prepress as a strategic driver within the organisation

Your profile

• Strong experience in a prepress or print production environment
• Solid knowledge of flexo, digital printing, and complex label solutions
• Proven affinity with automation and process optimisation
• Strong leadership skills and an international, business-critical mindset
