Ariad is seeking an experienced AI Coach to drive adoption of AI within R&D software engineering teams in a technically diverse environment. The role focuses on coaching, governance, standards, and responsible AI practices, with emphasis on safe human-in-the-loop workflows and gradual tooling transitions.
The consultant will deliver training, create learning materials, and help scale AI-enabled processes while balancing automation with human expertise across international teams.
