Project Leader (Construction & Civil Infrastructure)
Are you an experienced construction professional who thrives in complex civil engineering environments? Do you combine strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget?
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Construction Execution & Preparation to join a major infrastructure project and take ownership of critical project scopes from preparation through execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead project teams across major construction and civil engineering works
- Manage all aspects of your project scope including:
- Safety
- Planning
- Budget
- Quality
- Stakeholder management
- Information management
- Coordinate the transition from design phase to construction phase
- Manage interfaces between multiple project areas and contractors
- Monitor risks, deviations, inspections, and verification activities
- Ensure efficient project delivery while minimizing environmental and community impact
- Drive planning, procurement, execution, and successful project handover
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience
- Strong experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Proven leadership experience managing project teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
- Valid VOL-VCA certification
- Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of English and French
