As FUNCTIONAL ANALYST point of contact you analyse and translate requirements into end-to-end solutions, that meet the customer needs and are cost-efficient.
Iteratively you realize solutions to ensure rapid time to market and immediate value.
You monitor & analyse incidents, defects & identify the necessary actions to resolve.
You execute test in collaboration with other teams and colleagues.
You continuously strive for efficiency and excellent customer experiences"
Must Have
- Belgian Utilities Market and Messaging-10 years
- SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing- 10 years
- Pensée Analytique- 10 years
- You have strong analytical capabilities and ability to detect/assess dependencies.
- You are able to assess requirements and solutions end2end.
- You are a good listener, you think and act with a customer-centric mindset.
- You like to facilitate meetings and feel confident to deliver presentations in a group.
- You like to work against deadlines (sprints) and have an agile mindset.
