This role is for a Venture Capital Investment Analyst or Associate focused on deep tech in Leuven, Belgium. You’ll be part of a small, senior team, working on all aspects of investment deals from scouting start-ups to conducting due diligence. The position offers a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technologies and innovative entrepreneurs while contributing to the growth of the firm.
What You’ll Do
- Scout and analyze promising start-ups and technologies globally.
- Work closely with senior team members on due diligence processes.
- Deliver insights and market intelligence to support investment decisions.
- Contribute to various tasks like marketing and deal flow monitoring.
What You Need
- Postgraduate degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
- Genuine interest in the business logic of deep tech.
- Clear and structured thinking with good communication skills.
- Natural relationship builder who values follow-through.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
