Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a professional to support strategic evidence generation and planning for a key therapeutic asset. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams and translating complex scientific discussions into actionable project plans to drive clinical and medical impact.
- Organize and coordinate governance and asset team meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting logistics.
- Monitor study progress and track timelines to ensure deliverables remain on schedule across multiple functions.
- Collect stakeholder inputs and follow up on action items to drive project momentum and accountability.
- Translate complex scientific discussions into actionable plans, meeting minutes, and follow-up activities.
- Update and maintain strategic evidence generation plans and study trackers to reflect current progress.
- Support annual planning activities, leadership workshops, and the development of executive-level presentations.
- Assist in managing the medical budget in collaboration with finance and project leads to ensure resource efficiency.
- Master's degree in a scientific or related field.
- You have 8+ years of relevant project management experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environment.
- You bring a strong scientific background with the ability to follow and challenge complex discussions in Immunology.
- You possess advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating effective visuals and strategic presentations.
- You have proven expertise in stakeholder management and driving follow-ups within a global governance structure.
- You're proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Direct experience within Evidence Generation or Medical Affairs organizations.
- Knowledge of AI and digital collaboration tools to improve planning and tracking efficiency.
- Active knowledge of French or Dutch.
