FP&A SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST – EUROPE

Our client, a well‑established player in the food industry across Europe, is opening the doors of its Financial Planning & Analysis team to steer financial reporting and planning at a European level.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze monthly financial reports: P&L, balance sheets, business unit profitability, SG&A costs, and financial KPIs
• Support reporting for management and business stakeholders
• Contribute to the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
• Support monthly forecast cycles for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Prepare weekly cash‑flow forecasts for food operations
• Collaborate closely with accounting and operational teams to ensure reliable reporting
• Deliver sharp ad hoc analyses on business request
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting

What you bring:

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Power BI, other reporting tools or SAP is a plus
• Ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights
• A structured approach and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ease working with various stakeholders
