Integrated Logistics Support Manager – Tubize site
At Thales in Belgium, you will join a team of over 250 colleagues recognized for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.
Your mission
- Manage the delivery of the initial support services work package including special tools, documentation, training design, training scheduling, …
- Organise, manage and measure performance of subcontractor’s contribution to initial support services
- Organise review by customer of initial support services deliverables
- Schedule and monitor training sessions with customer representatives
- Assess customer satisfaction related to documentation and training
- Prepare transition to full operational services
Qualifications
- Graduate with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent University degree, with experience in support and maintenance services.
- ILs Experience in the Defence sector is an asset.
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch, and in English.
- A leader willing to engage and develop the team through collaborative work and challenging approaches.
- Responsible and shows a great sense of initiative.
- Convincing and persuasive.
- Enjoys being involved with the customer.
- Good communication and relationship skills.
