Shore Power Tender Officer

Our client, a prominent player in the sustainable energy sector, is seeking a Shore Power Tender Officer to support the electrification of ports across Europe. This role serves as the central link between internal teams to coordinate and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on international tenders via various specialized platforms.
• Analyze and manage tender documentation to ensure a structured follow-up process.
• Coordinate input from internal stakeholders across sales, engineering, legal, and finance departments.
• Prepare and compile comprehensive technical and commercial bid documentation.
• Maintain the bid library, including templates, certificates, and insurance documents.
• Support cost estimates and contribute to quality, safety, and environmental processes (SHEQ).

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• You possess strong proficiency in MS Office.
• You're highly structured, accurate, and capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.
• You're a strong communicator and team player who thrives in an international environment.
• You're proactive and remain stress-resistant while managing complex administrative tasks.
