You will work for public and semi-public clients, especially in the areas of digitalization, optimization and organizational design. You will support and accompany projects from strategy development to implementation at federal, regional and local levels on one hand, and at universities, hospitals and public institutions on the other hand.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You contribute in project-based consulting of national as well as regional institutions and facilities in the public sector
• You will execute strategic transformations that meet desired goals and manage the impact on our clients’ people, processes and technology;
• You will be assisting our clients in establishing end-to-end innovation models and embracing the digital world;
• You will rethink business strategies and operating models;
• You will support companies in customer centric transformations and create differentiated internal & external customer experiences;
• You advise our clients on the analysis of existing challenges as well as the implementation of correspondingly complex solutions, concepts and models that serve as a basis for political and economic decisions
• You develop options for action in strategic and operational decision-making processes with the help of international standards and multidimensional models
• You contribute to the setup or improvement of operating models, policies and processes
• You advise on organizational changes and build the change strategy
• You design management reporting systems, including both financial and operational data;
• You act as a team member and collaborate with your colleagues;
• You display maturity and the ability to function independently in our professional dealings.
• You will bring and manage change to make sure our client’s teams & customers are ready in an every changing world.

Your Profile

You have:

• You are a student in your final master and ready to start your career on the 24th of August ‘26

Qualifications

• You have a degree in economics, public policy, social sciences or a law degree and are passionate about topics in the field of public sector, digitalization, optimization and organization design
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch & are fluent in French and/ or English
• You demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
• You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-industry, multinational environment;
• You have a natural desire to keep on growing & progressing;
