• Lead and monitor all Quality Assurance activities within a major offshore infrastructure project.
• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the project's Quality Management System.
• Act as the main point of contact for quality-related matters with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
• Review, assess and challenge quality documentation provided by contractors and subcontractors.
• Participate in and support internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor quality performance indicators, non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Identify quality risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
• Promote a strong quality culture across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction and project management teams to guarantee compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including solid experience in Quality Assurance within engineering or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality Standards and Quality Control processes.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, civil engineering, offshore, maritime or EPCI projects is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and documentation management skills.
• Comfortable reviewing technical documentation and interacting with contractors.
• Structured, proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Dutch is considered as an asset.
• Willing to travel occasionally within Belgium and offshore when required.

We are looking for a Quality Officer Offshore to support a large-scale offshore engineering project, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced quality professional who thrives in complex engineering environments and enjoys working with multidisciplinary international teams.
