The responsibilities of the Supply Chain Expert:
Managetheinventoryofrawmaterialsandconsumables:
- Maintainsufficientstocklevelsofrawmaterialsandconsumables inaccordancewiththeforecastedproduction schedule.
- Ensureremovalofexpiredrawmaterialsandconsumables andanticipatetheimpactonstocklevelsby timely re-ordering.
- CreatepurchaseordersinODOO,followupontheirapprovalandplaceorderswithsuppliers.
- Followupwithsuppliersforpricequotes,orderleadtimesandstatusofplacedorders.
- EnsureaccuracyoftheinventoryintheMyCellHubsystem.
- Ensurerawmaterialsandconsumablesarestoredinthecorrectenvironmental conditions,andcoldchainsare maintained when applicable.
- Annuallyperformaninventorycountandreportdiscrepancies.
- Performorderpickingofrawmaterialsandconsumablesaccordingto R&D,QCandProductiondepartment’s request.
- Monitorsupply chainrisksandproactivelyidentifypotentialshortages,longleadtimes,supplierissues,and other constraints that could impact R&D, QC, or GMP manufacturing activities.
Performreceptionofincominggoods:
- Completetherequireddocumentationformaterialtraceability.
- RegisterthereceivedrawmaterialsandconsumablesintheMyCellHubsystem.
- Performlabellingofmaterialswiththeinternalmaterialidentification.
- Requestapplicablequalitycertificationand/orMaterialSafetyDataSheets(MSDS)fromsuppliers.
- CoordinatewiththeQualityControlandQualityAssurancedepartmentsforreleaseoftherawmaterialor consumable.
Organizeoutboundshipmentsforequipment,QCsamples,investigationalmedicinalproducts(IMP):
- Completetherequiredshipmentdocumentation
- Booksuitablecourierservicesforthepickupanddeliverytimeslots
MaintainGMP/GDPdocumentationandensuretraceability.
Maintainawell-organizedandtidywarehousearea.
Ensurefrequentremovalofwarehouse,laboratoryandcleanroomwastefromtheinternalcollectionpointstothesite waste area.
ComplywithGoodManufacturingPractices(GMP)andGoodDistributionPractices(GDP) principles.
Report,supportandinvestigatedeviationeventsrelatedtorawmaterials,consumablesorthewarehouseenvironment.
IndependentlymaintainahighleveloftrainingthroughtheQualityManagementSystem(QMS)SciLife.
Scheduletimelycollectionofaccumulatedbiologicalwastecontainersbyexternalserviceprovider.
Immediatelyfollowuponequipmentalarmsforwarehouseequipment(freezers,refrigerators,…) .
AdheretoEnvironment,HealthandSafetyregulations
Contributetocontinuousimprovementinthesupplychaindepartment,warehouseareasandExoXpertin general.
