Taleo Consulting is a Brussels-based consultancy specialised in placing talent with leading organisations in banking, insurance, IT, pharma and engineering across Belgium.
The role
We are looking for Scrum Masters to support our clients' agile teams in their delivery and transformation projects.
Your responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-up, sprint planning, review and retrospective
- Coach the development team and the Product Owner on agile principles and practices
- Identify and remove impediments, and protect the team's focus
- Track sprint progress and delivery metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other Scrum teams (Scrum of Scrums, SAFe ART)
Your profile
- 2 to 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Solid knowledge of Scrum and Kanban; experience with SAFe is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- PSM, CSM or SAFe Scrum Master certification is an asset
- Fluent in English, plus French and/or Dutch
- Strong facilitation, communication and coaching skills
