BIM coordinator

Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for coordination and technical insight? At Polytek, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator to ensure the seamless execution of engineering projects through accurate modelling, technical alignment, and close collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you will do

• Draft and finalize BIM Execution Plans in collaboration with clients to ensure alignment and clarity
• Build coordination models by integrating and translating both internal and external data accurately
• Conduct clash detections to identify and resolve conflicts early in the process, avoiding rework and setting priorities
• Monitor and close punch list items to ensure all project details are addressed before final delivery
• Manage project documentation according to the BIM Execution Plan and ensure proper filing
• Lead 3D reviews
• Provide on-site support during construction, including inspections and coordination meetings
• Observe and identify commercial opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand business

Job requirements

• A Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Professional fluency in English and Dutch
• Solid experience with Autodesk software, Construction Cloud, and MS Office tools
• A strong understanding of internal processes, organizational structure, and Polytek’s mission and vision
• Deliver high-precision work and maintain attention to detail
• Communicate persuasively with tailored and well-reasoned arguments
