WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Incorporation of a Senior Roll-out Coordinator to coordinate deployments of European Commission information systems (JRC.C.4), mainly DICE and VECTO, in the field of sustainable mobility, vehicle certification and European regulation.

The responsibilities include deployment planning, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, operational readiness validation, risk and issue management, preparation of documentation and training materials, monitoring of adoption KPIs, stakeholder communication, and definition of contingency and rollback procedures.

  • Minimum required experience:
  • University degree at EQF Level 7—normally a master's degree or five years of higher education—and at least 15 years of professional IT experience.
  • 10 years working on information systems supporting EU policy modelling and implementation.
  • 10 years of professional experience in an international and multilingual environment.
  • 4 years using programme, portfolio or project management tools, such as MS Project or Jira, to plan and track deployments.
  • 2 years using reporting and data analysis tools, such as Power BI or Excel.
  • 3 years using communication and training tools, such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Spoken and written English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Desirable knowledge and competencies:
  • Change management and user adoption (for example, ADKAR or Prosci).
  • Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and collaborative tools; experience with GitLab and functional mailboxes.
  • Risk management, regulatory readiness, contingency plans and rollback.
  • Technical documentation, runbooks, training materials and executive reporting.
  • Data analysis with Python or R, statistical modelling, data validation and Power BI/Excel.
  • Stakeholder management in the EU environment and experience with systems supporting public policies.
  • Knowledge of the road transport sector, European environmental regulation and WLTP, RDE, ISC, ISV and OBFCM procedures.
  • Italian, French or German knowledge (minimum B1), and certifications such as PM2, PRINCE2 Foundation, ADKAR, Power BI or Excel are valued.
