Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls/messages to introduce and promote company services
- Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers professionally
- Communicate value propositions effectively to generate interest
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Send confirmations and timely follow-ups
- Reconnect with warm leads to boost conversions
- Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Sales, or Customer Service
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
- Comfortable working night shifts (8 hours)
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
