Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Principal Scientist to lead agent-enabled discovery workflows, prototype scientific workflows, and enable adoption across discovery programs. This role focuses on translating complex scientific questions into actionable workflows and fostering collaboration across chemistry, biology, data science, and platform engineering.
The position may be located in Spring House, PA; Cambridge, MA; or Beerse, Belgium, with some travel.
