Job Overview
We are currently seeking polished and sophisticated candidates for the French Speaking Pandora Customer Experts position in Greece. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent a world-renowned luxury jewelry house, providing elite service to a global clientele while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle through our comprehensive relocation-supported jobs in Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level customer experience that reflects the prestige of the Pandora luxury brand.
- Provide expert guidance to French-speaking clients regarding product collections, styling, and care instructions.
- Handle high-value inquiries with grace, ensuring every interaction elevates the brand's reputation for quality and elegance.
- Manage order processing and shipping logistics for premium jewelry purchases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resolve complex client concerns efficiently, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone consistent with luxury goods standards.
- Collaborate with international teams to share market insights and enhance the overall client journey.
Requirements
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium customer service is highly preferred.
- A genuine passion for the luxury goods industry and an appreciation for craftsmanship.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a refined, professional demeanor.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece to join our team of French Speaking Pandora Customer Experts.
