As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. Under your leadership, your team shall analyze the project scope, and develop the engineering, the planning and the pricing.

The Seabed interventions Business Unit of DEME Offshore manages rock placement activities for scour protection, seabed preparation (pre-sweeping and/or trenching), facilitating pull-ins and restoring the site by means of backfilling. We also offer backfilling and pre-sweeping services in offshore waters, which are often required to protect, stabilize and maintain the integrity of pipelines and cables.

As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with (potential) clients during the whole process. You will lead and manage a tender team through application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialists support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high-quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor will take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.

As a Maintenance Processes & Data Analyst within DEME's Fleet Center of Excellence, you help translate operational insights into tangible improvements across our global fleet of vessels. By combining data analytics, process improvement and digital enablement, you identify opportunities to improve the performance of our fleet, simplify ways of working and strengthen data driven decision-making.

You work at the intersection of operations, business processes and technology, collaborating with vessel teams, fleet departments and digital experts. Your role is to transform learnings, data and stakeholder needs into sustainable improvements in our business processes, systems, dashboards, reports and governance.

If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, working with data, facilitating improvement initiatives and connecting people across disciplines, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a visible impact across DEME's fleet.

This is not a role related to reliability studies, daily operations of the vessels or detailed engineering work. This role is related to maintenance data and maintenance processes of our vessels.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you are the driving force behind the technical preparation of maintenance and repair activities across our fleet of vessels. You prepare and coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement projects for our diverse fleet, ensuring vessels can operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Working on a wide variety of vessels and technologies, no two challenges are the same, offering a unique opportunity to broaden your technical expertise and make a direct impact on fleet performance and reliability.

Depending on your specialty and strength you can focus on either electrical, mechanical, general construction scope or specifically on dredging or offshore systems. All related to our vessels and how they are best maintained and repaired.

This role is to be performed for our Headquarters in Belgium, with occasional travels to vessels and docking sites. This is not a sea going role, nor is it a role in rotations.

As an Project Engineer Intern, you will work directly within one of DEME’s project teams across any of our activities, including dredging, offshore, environmental, and infra. You’ll be given the opportunity to apply your engineering knowledge in real-world contexts, supporting both the technical and operational aspects of our projects.
