Lifttechnieker - Servicespecialist

As a Lift Technician – Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and preventative management of lifts at customer sites in West Flanders. You will ensure that installations continue to operate safely, reliably and at optimal performance, and you will act as the main point of contact for customers whenever technical support is required.

In this role, you combine technical expertise with a service-oriented approach. You analyse faults, carry out repairs and proactively contribute ideas for improvements that enhance the lifespan and performance of the systems.

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on lifts.
• Identifying and resolving technical faults on site.
• Checking the safety, operation and compliance of installations.
• Advising customers and explaining the work carried out.
• Recording service calls and following up on technical reports.
• Collaborating with fellow technicians and the planning team to ensure a smooth service.
• Contributing ideas on quality improvement and sustainable solutions within the service process.

• Diploma in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, elektriciteit of onderhoudstechnieken, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
• 0 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische functie.
• Basiskennis van elektriciteit, mechanica en/of elektronische sturingen.
• Veilig en gestructureerd kunnen werken op verplaatsing.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
• Probleemoplossend vermogen en zin voor initiatief.
• Bereidheid om bij te leren en technische opleidingen te volgen.
• Rijbewijs B is vereist.

Ervaring met liften is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute must. Belangrijker is je technische interesse, je hands-on mentaliteit en je motivatie om uit te groeien tot een sterke servicespecialist.
