Tetra Pak in Belgium is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead field service operations, manage a team of Service Engineers, and ensure high-quality technical services for customers. Based in Groot-Bijgaarden, you will collaborate with planners, account managers and specialists to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Customer Service Operations Director France & Benelux, travel regularly within Belgium, and play a key role in developing team capabilities
