As a machine operator, you are responsible for processing plastics and recycling them into a high-quality granular material for new purposes.

Working with different production machines like extrusion machine, shredder, guillotine
Checking and setting up the parameters on the machines such as temperature, pressure, etc
Operating a forklift
Control of the production process
Cleaning the workplace

Fully legal employment according to Belgian law among which social security, health insurance, building up the right for a Belgian pension
Salary 16,5€ gross/hour, +0,6089€/h extra shift bonus, overtime paid 150% + food vouchers 5,07 €/day
Furnished accommodation - single rooms, unlimited internet, water, gas and electricity included - payable 110€/week
End of year bonus - 8,33% of gross yearly salary
Holiday bonus - 15,38% of gross yearly salary
Transportation provided (depending on distance from accommodation)
Guidance from our multilingual coordinators

Experience as a machine operator in a production environment (preferably with extrusion or injection molding machines)
Being able to work independently
Being able to drive the forklift (preferably a certificate)
At least communicative English
Good communication skills
Willingness to engage in a long term cooperation
