Elicit and document various types of requirements (business, functional) to ensure clear and concise functional specifications.
Collect and understand Item-to-product processes, specifying the technical processes.
Understand how a build solution is rolled‑out and how it integrates with other (Buy or Build) components.
Deep‑dive into complex technical item master data topics and simplify them for the business, while contributing to strengthen TVH Parts Data model.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand corporate needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Drive the squad in its understanding of all user stories you created to ensure accurate and realistic estimates.
Design future‑proof functional solutions that consider global contexts of different business lines to form a solid basis for future implementations.
Update and maintain professional knowledge, demonstrate up‑to‑date expertise on company processes, research and recommend solutions and improvements for the organization.
Assist the Product Owner and Digital Product Manager in providing follow‑up and guidance on development and implementation of new or modified features.
Communicate technical information to individuals with non‑technical backgrounds or experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in functional analysis and translating corporate needs into functional specifications.
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Appreciated but not mandatory: Oracle understanding.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commercial Sciences, IT, or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong team player with good communication skills; committed to transparency and collaboration.
Proactive worker with a dynamic approach to tackling issues in a complex environment.
Attention to detail with proficient organization and time‑management skills.
Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively and positively with employees at all levels across the organization.
Occasional travel for project collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
