Overview
As a Senior Project Controls Specialist at Linesight, you’ll be part of a high-performing, culturally diverse team delivering one of Europe’s most ambitious data centre builds. You’ll work on a large-scale, high-voltage construction project where safety is paramount, and your expertise will directly shape the success and integrity of the build. In this role you will:
- Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
- Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners.
- Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks.
- Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures.
- Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating.
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related disciplin.
- Are currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already).
