STAR Specialists in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking an International Recruiter to source top candidates for our clients’ sustainable projects across Europe. You will screen CVs, head-hunt, interview, and guide candidates through all steps of the selection process until onboarding.
You will build strong relationships with candidates, address their needs, and proactively place them on new assignments as projects end. Fluency in Romanian/Polish and English is required, with a work permit for Belgium.
