Overview of Website Developer in Brussels

We are seeking an experienced Website Developer for a contract position in Brussels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to specified requirements. This role demands a high level of creativity and a keen eye for detail, coupled with a solid understanding of the latest web technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement high-quality website designs, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) elements.
Ensure website functionality and perform website updates and maintenance.
Collaborate with web designers to match visual design intent and adhere to design specifications.
Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement and maintain high-quality SEO policies and incorporate them with website content.
Troubleshoot website problems and ensure website security.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Website Developer.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Strong understanding of SEO principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
