SAP Quotation to Cash Application Analyst MFP Specialist

DESCRIPTION

As a SAP Real Estate Specialist (S/4HANA), you are responsible for delivering high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements with a focus on standard SAP. You will work on designing, implementing, and optimizing S/4HANA, collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects.

• Hybrid working - 3 days remote, 2 days (Brussels) onsite (once established there is flexibility)
• Start : 04/01/2027
• Duration: until 31/12/2028
• Languages: You communicate fluently in Dutch/French and English, at least B2 level.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement S/4HANA solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP modules.
• Perform unit tests and support system integration tests.
• Effective test script creation which prevent production issues and easy to execute.
• Provide system support and troubleshooting for SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document functional, technical designs and processes.

CONFORMITY CRITERIA

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the real estate area.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English, at least B2 level.
• At least one S4/HANA implementation done for CLM.
• At least handled one Data Migration exercise for S4/HANA.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• Data Integration with other systems (interfacing) handled and can explain how this works.
• SAP CLM (Contract and Lease management) and/or SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) knowledge/possible to explain how this works/how set up is done in SAP.
• Can work with Jira application independent.
• Knowledge of Planon Real Estate solution is a must.
• Knowledge of MyMCS Real Estate solution is a must
• Knowledge of Trinergy Energy system is a plus
• Strong understanding of the end to end Real Estate business processes and able to translate these into SAP knowledge
• Any experience in any other module is an asset especially R2R.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Confident enough to be able to challenge the implementation partner when needed to assure that business processes are implemented correctly in the S4/HANA system
