YOUR TASKS

• contribute to the recently awarded projects funded by the Energy Transition Fund (ETF), in particular to the research tasks assigned to UGent in the FUSION project
• help coordinate with other members of the research team the recently awarded ETF projects on the use of small modular reactors in industrial clusters
• contribute to the drafting of additional research proposals linked to the deployment of nuclear technologies for various applications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You hold a Master’s degree in a field related to Nuclear Engineering.
• Diploma requirements must be met by the date of appointment.
• You have proven experience in programming and simulation tools.
• Additional experience with nuclear research and development is an asset.
• Experience in project management in national or international context is an asset.
