As a Packaging and Labelling Technical Project Manager, you'll support the design, introduction, and delivery of clinical kits for the Clinical Supply Chain.
You'll coordinate packaging and labelling activities across internal teams and external partners, from initial kit design through implementation and delivery to patients. You'll also support equipment, material, and process changes within the packaging environment.
Your missions
- Define the technical requirements for clinical kit designs, including labels, packaging materials, and packaging processes.
- Coordinate packaging configurations and technical requirements with internal teams and external partners.
- Lead the introduction and transfer of new pack designs in internal facilities and at external manufacturing partners.
- Ensure the timely delivery of compliant, high-quality packaging elements to the Clinical Supply Chain.
- Coordinate the implementation of new compounds, equipment, packaging materials, and production processes.
- Support equipment validation and qualification, incident investigations, change management, and non-conformance activities.
- Lead improvement initiatives related to packaging design, systems, machinability, quality, compliance, and delivery performance.
Your profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical packaging, labelling, clinical supply, or a related regulated manufacturing environment.
- Technical knowledge of packaging designs, packaging materials, labelling processes, and production equipment.
- Experience coordinating projects involving internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good understanding of equipment implementation, validation, qualification, and technical transfer activities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Acrobat.
- Structured, accountable, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English mandatory and Dutch preferred.
