About Sigasi

Sigasi develops a design and verification tool for digital chips. Our software helps hardware engineers, and the agents they direct, create SystemVerilog, Verilog, and VHDL code faster and error-free, understand it better, integrate it into large designs, and arrive at implementable designs. Our customers work in high-tech sectors such as aerospace, automotive, defense, energy, fintech, industrial (robotics), medical, semicon, and telecom.

In addition to direct sales, we work with distributors and partners in countries including India, Japan, and South Korea.

Sigasi is growing, and the rise of AI gives that growth an extra push: hardware engineers and their AI agents both need reliable analysis and deep insight into their designs. That is why we are adding a Global Senior Account Manager to our team who turns these opportunities into further growth.

The role

Our growth comes from two directions, and we are looking for someone who can handle both.

The first is new customers. The high-tech and defense sectors are growing fast, and there are design organizations that do not know us yet. Opening those doors takes patience and a good story: you talk to engineers about their daily work, not to buyers about a price list.

The second is within the customers we already have. With the team at the site next door, with the division that has just started a new program, with the fifty engineers who still work a different way while their colleagues already use Sigasi. Realizing that potential takes someone who reads an account as an organization rather than as a contact person: who decides, where the budget is, which program starts in eighteen months, and how to turn a license for one team into a framework agreement for a division.

Both tracks are part of this role, each with its own target. What connects them is that both take staying power: in aerospace and defense, a sales cycle is measured in quarters, not weeks.

Your responsibilities

Win new customers

  • You decide which organizations in aerospace, defense, and semiconductors have priority, with particular attention to the Dutch market, and you build a targeted approach for them
  • You open conversations with companies that do not know us yet: through your own prospecting, your network, and trade shows
  • You hold the in-depth conversation with engineers and engineering managers about their design process, and turn what you hear into a concrete proposal
  • You set up evaluations (trials) together with our application engineers, with clear success criteria agreed up front, and drive them to a decision
  • You independently negotiate price, license model, and contract terms, and take the deal through to signature

Deepen and grow existing accounts

  • You are responsible for a portfolio of our most important customers, including a revenue target for growth within those accounts
  • You draw up an account plan for each key account and keep it current: organizational structure, decision makers and influencers, current and planned programs, competitive position, growth paths, and risks
  • You map which teams, sites, and divisions do not yet work with our technology, and build a well-founded plan to win customers there as well
  • You turn expansion into structure: from individual team licenses to broader agreements at division or group level, in consultation with management where multi-year agreements are involved
  • You manage renewals proactively, well before the expiry date, with a well-founded value story instead of a price discussion

Build relationships at every level

  • You make accounts multi-threaded: alongside your technical contacts, you build relationships with engineering management, R&D leadership, purchasing, and, where relevant, IT and security
  • You hold business reviews with your largest customers in which you discuss usage, value, and joint plans
  • You identify and support internal champions, and make sure an account does not fall away when one person changes roles
  • You monitor customer satisfaction across the entire relationship and elevate issues internally in time, before they put a renewal at risk

Work internationally

  • Support our distributors and partners: joint account plans and follow-up on opportunities
  • Provide partners with the convincing arguments, training, and materials they need to stand stronger on their own
  • Work comfortably across time zones and cultures

Be visible in the market

  • Represent Sigasi at trade shows and conferences in Europe, Asia, and the US (for example DVCon, DAC, Embedded World, and regional defense and space events)
  • Use trade shows the way they are meant to work: deepen existing relationships, make new co
