Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth, optimize content, and increase traffic for a scaling HR SaaS company.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, internal linking, and mobile performance.
- Collaborate with the team to create high-performing, search-optimized content.
- Build and execute effective backlink acquisition strategies.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, or content marketing.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and increasing traffic.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and CRO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools.
- Experience with CMS platforms (HubSpot).
- Experience with local SEO, technical SEO, and structured data.
- Knowledge of AI-driven SEO strategies.
- Background in paid search and digital advertising.
