Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
- Oversee and optimize Windows Server and Hyper‑V environments to ensure stability and performance.
- Deliver comprehensive IT support to end-users across multiple levels.
- Utilize automation tools such as PowerShell and Intune to streamline operational processes.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of technical infrastructure.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with IT systems and infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server administration, and virtualization technologies.
- Proven track record in providing user support from first to third line.
- Foundational knowledge of networking principles.
- Practical experience with scripting languages, preferably PowerShell.
- Fluency in English is required.
