Join a Manufacturing Science & Technology team responsible for the packaging and labeling of clinical supply kits across a global portfolio of clinical studies, spanning multiple compound types. You'll be part of a team of 8, working in a global, fast-paced environment supporting hundreds of active clinical trials worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical setup of kit design and packaging/labeling requirements from a P&L perspective, including label design
- Coordinate packaging configuration with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging elements to the Clinical Supply Chain
- Lead the introduction of new compounds into the Packaging and Labelling area, coordinating across teams to support patient delivery
- Act as a core team member on Clinical Supply Chain sub-teams with end-to-end accountability for packaging and labelling of clinical kits
- Support change management and non-conformance documentation
- Coordinate implementation and transfer of new pack designs, both internally and with external partners
- Support outsourcing from a technical perspective (incident investigations, new equipment validation/qualification, new packaging materials)
- Coordinate implementation of new equipment for specific studies or demand
- Contribute to projects related to packaging/labelling activities and innovation
- Drive improvement initiatives using Process Excellence methodology to optimize quality, compliance, and delivery timelines
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field (Master's preferred)
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Acrobat
- Experience with production equipment
- Technical knowledge of packaging designs and materials
- Knowledge of SAP; familiarity with Trackwise (Quality Event and CAPA management) is a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Dutch strongly preferred for communication with operators

- Hybrid role, 1-2 days onsite per week (more onsite required initially)
- Full-time (100%); 80% may be considered for a strong candidate
