Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation to join our Belgium team. This role offers broader responsibilities, increased client exposure, and significant opportunities for personal growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical responsibility: Manage project streams, coordinate key stakeholders, meet timelines, deliver excellent outcomes, build compelling storylines, and coach up to three team members.
- Business responsibility: Support business‑development activities, contribute to proposals, create and present pitch materials, and reinforce EY-Parthenon’s market position through inspirational pieces.
- Leadership responsibility: Present insights to senior stakeholders, challenge clients constructively, and act as a go‑to person for both junior and senior colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles.
- Master’s degree in civil/business engineering, economics, or a related field; an MBA or additional master’s degree is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic roadmap skills.
- Experience delivering complex projects with cross‑disciplinary teams.
- Business‑development acumen.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, team orientation, and excellent communication skills.
- Affinity for AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch, French, or English; proficiency in one Belgian national language preferred.
