Your role

As an Electronics Project Manager specialising in semiconductors, you will play a key role in:

  • Leading end-to-end project delivery for semiconductor and electronics development programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and test engineers to drive project milestones and deliverables
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure continuity and quality of delivery
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and processes within the electronics and semiconductor practice

Your profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electronics or semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects
  • A solid technical background in electronics engineering, with hands‑on knowledge of semiconductor technologies, components, or related development processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior client representatives
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Prince2), with the ability to adapt approaches to suit project needs
  • A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
