Deloitte Belgium’s Global Business Tax – M&A team is seeking an experienced M&A Tax Consultant to support Belgian and cross-border transactions. You will work with clients, funds and other Deloitte professionals on due diligence, tax structuring and post-transaction considerations.
You will be part of a diverse team focused on corporate tax, VAT and related taxes, collaborating across Deloitte offices and countries to deliver value and insight throughout the M&A lifecycle.
