We're looking for an experienced Security Incident Response Consultant to support our client's security operations, incident investigations, and preparedness activities. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in incident response and analysis with proven experience in organizing and facilitating tabletop exercises.
Responsibilities
- Support security incident response activities, including investigation, analysis, and follow-up.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate tabletop exercises to assess and strengthen incident response readiness.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure structured and effective security preparedness activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident response processes and procedures.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 4 years of experience in a security-related role, with a focus on incident response and security analysis.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing, organizing, and facilitating tabletop exercises.
- Strong understanding of security incident response processes, investigation techniques, and analytical methodologies.
- Relevant security certifications such as GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, GNFA, GCIA, or GREM are required.
