Liedekerke seeks a motivated junior lawyer to join our Africa Corporate and Banking & Finance practices in Brussels. You will work across corporate and financing matters, gaining hands-on experience on international transactions in Sub-Saharan Africa.
You will draft and review transaction documents, conduct due diligence, and engage with clients and counterparties under senior supervision. Fluency in French and English, and a Belgian/French law degree are essential.
