Arrangements: Full time; hybrid; application question asks for confirmation of on-site presence 2 to 3 days per week at various STIB sites.

STIB’s Sales Solutions department protects commercial revenue through reliable IT sales solutions. It develops, operates and maintains systems that let customers purchase, use and manage transport tickets efficiently. The department works closely with business partners and other Belgian public transport operators and develops a strategic vision for digital ticketing. You join the agile Drive team of 25 specialists and report to the Manager Drive Sales Solutions.

The existing acquiring contract is approaching expiry, requiring a new strategy for acquiring, PSP and associated services. You lead this renewal from needs definition and tender preparation through award, technical deployment and operational implementation. The work supports the evolution of sales channels, EMV payments, future Account Based Ticketing services and a more digital customer experience. You coordinate Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Security, Architecture and other payment stakeholders throughout the transition.

A complementary initiative concerns PCI-DSS certification of the existing payment ecosystem. You coordinate internal and external stakeholders, remediation, risks and dependencies, then establish a sustainable approach to annual certification. The assignment is full time and hybrid, with a question asking candidates to confirm availability on site two to three days per week at various STIB locations. It is advertised as three months, starting as soon as possible and ending on 31 December 2026, with possible renewal up to 880 working days including the initial term.
