About The Company

Scrambly is one of the fastest-growing adtech startups in the world, featured in the AppsFlyer Performance Index and Singular ROI Index in just 3.5 years. We’re growing 250%+ YoY across revenue, team, product, and technology — fully bootstrapped and profitable. We’re building the future of app discovery: a reward-powered alternative to the App Store and Google Play. Our loyalty-driven ecosystem connects millions of users with the world’s top apps and delivers unmatched, ROI-focused growth for mobile advertisers. Our mission is to build a true alternative to traditional app stores — fueled by rewards and data — and create a new, performance-first growth engine for mobile app advertisers.

About The Role

As Head of Product at Scrambly, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution across the entire Scrambly product portfolio, including all current products and future apps we will build. You will be the first and only product manager initially, fully responsible for defining product direction, prioritizing initiatives, and driving measurable business and user outcomes. Over time, you will build and lead the product function, hiring and managing product managers and establishing best-in-class product practices. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, monetization, and leadership to ensure Scrambly delivers exceptional value to millions of users globally while achieving its business goals. Your ultimate responsibility is to ensure that Scrambly builds the right products, in the right order, for the right users, and that product decisions consistently translate into growth, retention, and monetization impact.

  • Define success metrics and guardrails for experiments and initiatives.
  • Ensure learnings from experiments directly influence roadmap decisions.
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term product investments.
  • Build a strong culture of evidence-based decision-making.

Execution, Prioritisation & Roadmapping

  • Own product prioritisation across initiatives, balancing user value, business impact, and delivery cost.

  • Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
  • Ensure the product backlog reflects validated opportunities and strategic priorities.
  • Make and communicate tough trade-offs when constraints arise.
  • Drive initiatives from idea to impact, not just delivery.

Design, Engineering & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product solutions.
  • Ensure product requirements and context are clearly communicated.
  • Align teams around outcomes rather than outputs.
  • Collaborate with monetisation, marketing, retention, and operations teams.
  • Act as the primary product counterpart to company leadership.

Product Organisation & Leadership (Future Scope)

  • Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing product team as the company scales.
