Project Engineer Electromechanics | Infrastructure & Water Projects | East Flanders, Limburg & Flemish Brabant

Are you an engineer with a passion for electromechanics, electrical installations, and large-scale infrastructure projects? Do you enjoy taking ownership of projects from design through commissioning while working on essential public infrastructure?

What you'll do

• Lead projects from concept and design through execution, commissioning, and aftercare.
• Develop and evaluate technical solutions to achieve the best project outcomes.
• Prepare design and tender documentation while ensuring quality, budget, and planning objectives are met.
• Coordinate contractors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor safety during design and construction activities.
• Provide technical expertise in electromechanics and hydraulics.
• Support project acceptance, warranty activities, and operational handovers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong interest in electrical systems and hydraulic infrastructure.
• Expertise in electromechanics, hydraulics, and modelling software
• Experience managing engineering, industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple project partners.
• Fluent Dutch.
