AI-Driven Software Developer

Meet MaxAmaze We create Ultimate Stadium Experiences for sports venues across Europe. From LED boarding and giant screens to floodlighting, audio and smart stadium technology, we combine hardware and software into one integrated ecosystem.

To support our rapid growth, we're looking for an AI-Driven Software Developer who wants to build the digital backbone of MaxAmaze. You'll help develop our ERP platform, internal applications and AI-powered tools that make our organisation smarter, faster and more efficient.

WHAT'S THE GOAL?

• Develop and expand MaxAmaze's internal ERP platform.
• Build web applications and digital tools that support our operations.
• Explore and implement AI solutions that improve workflows and automate processes.
• Prototype, test and launch new software ideas.
• Work closely with colleagues from operations, sales and engineering to solve real-world challenges.

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU OWN?

• You have a strong affinity with AI and software development.
• You actively follow the latest developments in AI and enjoy experimenting with new tools.
• You think in solutions and like turning ideas into working software.
• You're curious, eager to learn and take initiative.
• You have experience with software development through your studies, personal projects or professional work.
• Experience is a plus, but motivation and technical insight matter more than years on your CV.

• Full-time position.
• Based at our headquarters in Opwijk (Belgium).
