SAP Authorization Consultant (DRWN)
Job title – SAP Authorization Consultant
Client Location – Brussels, Belgium
Remote work offering – 60% (2 days per week on site)
Client Industry – Rail transport / Public sector IT
Contract Length – 12 months
Contract type – Freelance
Project focus
You will own role-based security and authorisations across a large SAP landscape, split between two streams. The first is ongoing support of existing systems (ECC, BW / BW on HANA, CRM, Fiori, Sourcing, Ariba and SuccessFactors), covering user maintenance, authorisation incidents, periodic access reviews, risk and SoD analysis, and audit support. The second is an S/4HANA implementation, where you will design, build and test roles and Fiori Launchpad catalogues alongside functional consultants, process owners and auditors.
Key skills and Experience required
- 8+ years as an SAP Authorization / Security Consultant covering role design, user administration and access control
- 2+ years with SAP Fiori authorisation concepts (Launchpad, catalogues, groups/spaces)
- 2+ years in S/4HANA security architecture and role / catalogue design
- 1+ year delivering Segregation of Duties (SoD) and compliance requirements
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch and/or French, plus English
- Experience with access monitoring, audit reporting and supporting internal/external audits
- Ticketing and transport management using ServiceNow and/or JIRA
- SAP IDM or SAP Cloud IAG for business role requests and assignments
- SAP GRC Access Control and SAP BTP Security / Administration are a plus
