We're looking for a senior project manager to coordinate a VoIP rollout replacing radio communication with voice calls over a public network. You'll prepare deployment and coordinate internal teams and multiple external suppliers.
What you'll do
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers throughout the VoIP rollout.
- Develop and execute a detailed implementation plan.
- Prepare technical tests and organise business acceptance testing.
- Plan training and internal communications before deployment.
- Guide regional go-lives.
- Report progress to the project manager overseeing the wider project.
What you bring
- Eight years of project management experience in infrastructure or development projects.
- Two years organising business acceptance tests.
- Five years managing complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Five years coordinating multiple external suppliers on a single project.
- Experience creating training plans.
- Experience with change management.
- Expert knowledge of project management terminology, roles, structures and processes (PRINCE2 or PMBOK), with the ability to transfer that knowledge.
- Dutch, C2.
- English, C1.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience of public procurement.
- Experience using risk and issue management techniques and tools.
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL.
- Knowledge of MS Project and MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of public transport.
- VoIP knowledge and experience executing detailed implementation plans.
Good to know
- Part-time role, with a 60% workload.
