Are you an experienced Functional Analyst who enjoys bridging the gap between business and IT? Do you thrive in complex environments where you can combine analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and functional design? Then this opportunity might be for you
- Leading functional analysis activities and translating business needs into functional designs
- Defining concepts, requirements, and solution specifications
- Supporting changes and enhancements from development through production
- Evaluating service requests, feasibility, timelines, and resource requirements
- Recommending and implementing system improvements
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project teams
- Maintaining an end-to-end view across processes and systems
- Supporting system upgrades and resolving functional issues
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst
- Strong experience in complex IT environments
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and initiative
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to keep an end-to-end perspective across systems and processes
- Experience with project delivery and requirements management
