Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a Product Owner to shape and deliver their Employee Benefits strategy. The role focuses on enhancing digital journeys for group insurance products, acting as a vital bridge between business objectives and technical implementation to improve the experience for employers, brokers, and insured members.

  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for key Employee Benefits processes.
  • Translate business requirements and customer feedback into clear features, epics, and user stories.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Agile teams, and architects to deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives within a SAFe framework.
  • Monitor market trends and customer expectations to identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in Employee Benefits and 2nd pillar/group insurance.
  • You possess 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Digital Transformation, or Customer Journey Redesign.
  • You bring proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally within a SAFe framework.
  • You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have experience managing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders in a complex business environment.
  • You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • You're autonomous, hands-on, and result-driven.
  • You're an enthusiastic team player who can lead others through change.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
