As part of its continued growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Senior Designer to join its Brand Operations team.
As a Senior Local Designer, you will design and adapt creative assets for your assigned market across CRM, acquisition, loyalty and brand campaigns. Working closely with Local Marketing, Central Digital, Brand and the Art Director, you will ensure all local communications are engaging, brand-consistent and delivered to the highest quality standards.
YOUR ROLE
- Design and adapt campaign assets across multiple digital channels (CRM, email, banners, social media, onsite, push notifications, etc.).
- Localise multi-market campaigns while respecting brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and technical accuracy of all delivered assets.
- Collaborate with Local Marketing, Central Digital, Brand and the Art Director throughout campaign execution.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Challenge briefs, propose creative solutions and contribute to improving templates, workflows and asset libraries.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 5years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a digital marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-assisted design tools.
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding and digital production.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and attention to detail.
- Proactive, creative and solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about digital marketing; knowledge of the online gaming industry is a plus.
- Professional command of the Dutch and good English skills. French is a plus.
