  • Coordinate the implementation of a P2P platform, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases
  • Define deliverables, timelines, resources, and project priorities in collaboration with the Project Lead and relevant stakeholders
  • Execute the project plan, monitor progress, identify delays, and escape issues while ensuring corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
  • Provide regular project reporting and communication to maintain alignment with business objectives, milestones, and timelines
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
  • Support business process mapping and system design workshops
  • Manage project risks related to security, resources, quality, and delivery, escalating issues to the Project Lead and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Support the Change Manager with change management and user adoption activities
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful integration of the S2p solution with ERP systems and other related applications
  • Ensure a smooth transition and user adoption of the new system
