Kraken seeks a Client Delivery Lead to shape product experiences for energy customers. You will define strategy, collaborate with Kraken and client teams, and guide MVP definitions while resolving issues and delivering features through agile delivery.
Strong communication, French language, and experience with complex client journeys are valued. This role operates within a flat, agile organisation and requires hands-on delivery, bridging technology, people and processes to drive improvements
